In some cases we have to share information with our partners to be able to deliver orders and complete the obligations we have to you as a customer. Here is an overview of what situations those are, who our partners are, and what kind of information we need to share.

  • In some cases there will be a need to share order or customer information with our partners that run, maintain and develop our computer systems such as accounting, logistics, internet shop and image products ordering portal. This will be done on a case-by-case basis in relation to any errors, maintenance or instances where we need assistance from our partner.

We primarily use Posten and PostNord for shipping. On occasion we may use other shipping companies for specialty or express shipping.
  • Some payment alternatives are processed through partners such as Nets or Santander.
  • While we do most of our photo production in-house, we use partners for some products like photobooks, double cards, conversion of film/video and similar. Our partners will have access to name, address, phone number, email address as well as necessary image and/or video material to complete the order.
  • If a product needs to be repaired or serviced we will use workshops authorized by the manufacturer. They will get customer name, contact information and any copies of receipt or proofs of warranty.
